Need Writer

So i have a basic concept for a story, and I want to get a writer, it will be unpaid at first, but if it gets published, profits will be split evenly. The basic plot line is;
-A martial arts story about a kid rising up through life to join the ranks of his mentor and idol in a no-holds-barred league.
-Is set in Japan
-Features several forms of Martial arts. These include Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Karate, and Taekwando.
