Looking For Artist Conspiracy/Paranormal Comic

I'm going to be very upfront here I'm looking for a collaboration only. The last time I paid an artist it did not end well for me. My first comic was to be published about a year and half ago, by a well known publisher before the artist and I had a misunderstanding. So I'm not looking to invest any money at this time.

I'm looking for an experienced artist to collaborate with on a conspiracy/paranormal comic. I don't want to give out to much here, but think of the Illuminati crossed with X files crossed with The Goonies. If this sparks your interest, you can reach by PM or by email: dvid1994@gmail.com.
