[Rev-share] Indie game developer looking for Comic Artists!

Post by INTwindwolf »

Starboard Games LLC is an indie gaming studio comprised of highly professional and friendly people venturing into comics.

If you have a keen interest in science fiction; are a willing, creative collaborator; and can maintain consistent communication via email and Skype as we shepherd Tens Day* into publication, then contact Starboard Games directly with links to your online portfolio. We would like to work with an artist capable of assuming multiple roles, including coloring duties.

Essential Requirements:
· Working knowledge of all stages of comic creation process, including coloring.
· Able to adhere to established concepts and character designs.
· Able and willing to provide consistent progress reports and attend online meetings.
· Able to act upon feedback and follow cues from the department lead.
· Must be able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:
· Portfolio demonstrating understanding of sequential art and graphic storytelling

We expect to establish an ongoing comic-book division for Starboard Games in the near future. The artist(s) that join the team now will have the opportunity to help create those projects from the ground up.

We offer profit sharing from crowd-funding and sales revenue generated to compensate full-time team members, who spend 15-20 hours per week on company projects and meet Starboard Games deadlines. Compensation models may be discussed during subsequent interviews.

To Apply:
Please send you Cover Letter, CV, Portfolio (if applicable), and other relevant documents/information to this email: JohnHR@int-game.net

We thank you for your time and are looking forward to hearing from you!
