Team needed for short non-fiction comic book (Paid)

First off, I'm not in the comic book industry nor a writer or an artist. I've just had a longstanding love of the art form, both paperback and graphic novel.

I run a business in a particular industry geared towards health, consciousness exploration and spirituality. Anyhow, for a long time I've wanted to produce a biographical graphic novel on a certain figure in this industry. This is becoming more and more of a business possibility now that there's a larger audience for it. This would be a self-published work through large online retailers.

That's the bigger project. The smaller "starter" project is to produce a short paperback comic book which is an introduction to the industry in a story form of a stressed out person who discovers this amazing experience. Length would be approx 10-15 pages. But I would need assistance from a real comic writer as well.

The art I've seen on this forum is amazing and I'd like to hire from here. But I don't know where to start. This won't be a superhero or tits and ass comic book, but it will have fairly interesting illustrative challenges in terms of expressing cosmic consciousness, intrigue and optimal human performance (including creativity). Similar to psychedelic trips or deep meditation. Nothing about it will be dark or violent.

If this is something of interest to you, reply here. This is a serious project.. I want to work with someone talented and who "gets" the concept once fully explained. If you have a standard page rate, please state it. If things go well with the starter project, we can talk about the larger graphic novel project.

If anyone can make suggestions on how to assemble a team, it'd be much appreciated. If you can take lead in assembling a team, we'll pay for that. We have the money, just need some help getting this off the ground. Whoever is assembling the team should speak very good English and be able to talk during the USA daytime hours.
