NEED A WRITER , ARTIST , ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS
writer

All you need to do is come up with a story I like at the start. If you want to know more I will be contacting you over email or something. I would probobly prefer it if you where around the age 14, like 12, 13, 15, but If you are older or younger I might let you if you are what I'm looking for. There is no gender requirements or anything like that.

Partner/Artist

You don't need to be a great artist, you just need to be determined. You can learn how to draw while working with me. I would like it though if you had some skills in drawing, digital art, illustrating, and etc. If you want to be an artist you will need to have a scanner (scans drawings and stores them digitally into the computer, like a reverse printer) or you could use a tablet/graphics pad, so we can actually share drawings and pages of the manga, I already have both. If you want to know more I will be contacting you over or email or something. I would probobly prefer it if you where around the age 14, like 12, 13, 15, but If you are older or younger I might let you if you are what I'm looking for. Assistant

I would like to have an animator if possible. Assistants can do anything within their skills. they can help write or give ideas for the story or they can write side storys If you want to know more I will be contacting you over or email or something. If you have a website, facebook or other, you may post our Manga on it so it gains popularity

This ranks as one of the stranger posts I have ever read on this site.

For one thing you seem to be specifically targeting team members who are just starting out...to the point that you actually want them to be minors. Not only that but you are seeking to be a producer for this project and you want an animator?

For one thing there is no incentive to join this project (unless of course you're offering pay) and the fact that you are looking for minors sets off a few red flags in my mind. But I'll ignore that for a second and assume that you simply wish to produce to a project and mold beginners with an experienced hand.

For one thing, having worked with teenagers in the past, I can give you one warning...it's very difficult to motivate them. The reason so many of us start our amateur 'careers" later in life is because we only start to find time for comics when we're more mature. Teenagers, or in fact those starting out in general, often have extreme difficulty balancing their general lives with comics. That is the biggest mark of someone "learning" in my personal opinion, though of course there are always exceptions (and I am working with one in fact). So I'm just saying that you're asking for a very difficult road ahead of you if you specifically want a beginner.

Otherwise, give us an incentive to want to work with you. All you say is "I want to work on a project and produce." What skills do you have to offer? Is there money involved? I am very confused at this point as to what you want and what your role is in this project in general.

Best of luck but please...try to be a little less vague and make your intentions known.

Sincerely,
Ruyei

Working with minors requires parental permission if anything is involved that has legal consequences. Even if they're not paid (which seems unfair enough), there are issues of ownership of and other rights to the materials created.
