I am seeking an artist for possible long term. This is my first shot at a comic and I have already had two partnerships fall apart. I am now looking into paying an artist to make this happen.

There are a few things that I am looking for in your response.

1. Do you have a thorough understanding of the Film Noir and Neo-Noir genres?

2. Can you provide a portfolio or links to multiple work for which you are accredited?

3. you must have a passion for not only art but great stories as well. You must have a vivid imagination.

Although you are paying, I do recommend properly pitching yourself and your project rather than giving hints. Also since you are paying, tell us with more specifics what you are looking for in terms of style, genre, whatever is relevant.
