PR & Social Media Specialist Needed ASAP

I'm set to launch FRACTURED SCARY TALES, (my first comic book horror anthology mag), at Comikaze next weekend. I'm looking to supplement some ads I placed in some horror magazines with a little PR.

I'm specifically looking for someone with comic and or horror connections who is hungry enough to work pretty inexpensively, (I'm an indie publisher). I'm looking for someone to write and distribute press releases, do some social media posting and send out some email blasts. If you think this might be you, please let me know how much cash you need to get started and what you'd propose to do to try to drive some traffic to my table in the artists alley.
