Is there any regulation to prevent decreasing standard page rates? I mean, I know this is a free market but it is our mutual interest to keep these already low page rates at some level acceptable for the authors. No matter how strong you want to get a job, I think it's pretty suicidal step to go under , say $10 for the flat color
