Artist wanted. Looking for a partner

Hi, my names Kerry Brunell, some of you guys might have seen my other post. This one is not so much about me but more so about some of my idea's.
To start off I'll say that what I lack in refined writing skill I make up for with creativity. I am not a one trick pony. I am constantly thinking up mew stories, and playing around with ideas. Some of them complete some of them not so much. I do not do short stories, I prefer longer story arcs so you can really invest in the character. Like before my goal is to find a partner or several looking to draw my comics. I am looking for a 5 page sample to sumbit to several publishers and see how things go from there. All profits will be split 70/30, you do more of the work there for you earn more. Easy as that.
And another heads up, there are no scripts available for the characters. Nothing is set in stone, I like to hear your input when drawing the character and what you think. Once all the details are written out, I will drill away at the script and get a rough draft out asap for you to review amd go from there.
Some of my more completed ideas involve the story of Elektrostal which is going to start with 3 issues, however the story is laid out and can be taken much further. It follows her as she tries to win a grant to further the study of harnessing lightning as a power source. She ends up losing to a new experimental power source which produces 5x as much power as nuclear energy with no waste production. However instead of going towards fueling cities, it gets weaponized. Later on she gets caught in a horrible accident. When she wakes up she starts to see her powers of electricity work. She can draw it in and charge it making herself stronger, faster, etc. Even to the point where she can discharge it as strong as lightning bolts. However the more she uses the weaker she gets. When the weaponized energy gets set lose on the city she sets off to stop it.
This is a very very very! Rough version of it. Some details have been left out just for readibilty, but that is the base of it.
