Need Artist - In-Kind Payment, June 30 deadline, 7 pages

I need an artist willing to draw a 7 page script (of which 1 page will be a title/splash script).

Genre is contemporary/modern, focused on social issues and race.

This is for an anthology to be published later this year by a comics collective of which I'm a member. The art will have to be approved by the editor. Assuming it is, then the payment will be in copies of the book that the artist can freely give away, sell, use for publicity, etc. It's at least 5 copies and I think it may be 10. The work will need to be completed by June 30, and this is for pencils and inks or digital art. (The book will be black and white, so no, I don't need a colorist).

Also, there may be cash payment, but that's kickstarter dependent and I can't promise it at this point.

Interested parties please email poveyjr at verizon.net with a link to their portfolio. All else being equal, non-white artists will get some preference because of the subject matter.

I forgot to specifiy - US artists only because we just can't afford to ship a box of books all around the world :/.
