Something to keep in mind, some people can't get a "real job." There are a multitude of physical and mental implements that can handicap a person, and some artists working in the field are handicapped in such a fashion. Even if the person is of perfect health, maybe he needs extra money, or maybe he's looking for a job and needs an intermediary...I think you're being unduely harsh on this guy.

Also, when I look for artists I do not want "Beggars" I want people who are confident in their skills and work-pace. I think this guy did fine enough promoting himself, though I would've liked more information (and art samples).

Elijah, why have you stopped responding to my emails? We had a deal and a contract, right? Certainly you aren't including me in the comment about assholes who don't pay. I just looked at the ad I responded to and there was nothing about pre-payment. We have a contract with you and will absolutely pay you for your work, you just haven't done any yet.
