PIAD Layout artist job

Hello, I am seeking a layout artist to work on projects with me. Must have sequential experience. To define layout, it will be frame placement and basic composition of panels and angles. Detail work is not needed. These would just be thumbs of the frame with simple basic shapes. Looking for a long-term partnership.
