Lettering services- Reduced rate through Kickstarter Support

I’m Ken Reynolds, graphic designer and comic book creator/letterer.
I’ve lettered for many independent publishers and creators, including work for Grayhaven Comics, Insane Comics & Arcana. I was proud to be part of the lettering team that completed the 750+ page epic that is ‘The Explorers’ Guild’ by Jon Baird, Kevin Costner and Rick Ross.

I also edit an experimental comic anthology called 'Sliced Quarterly', and it's this publication I'm trying to get printed via funding through Kickstarter. You can view the campaign here -

There are many great rewards available but the one that may be of interest to you here (fellow comic creators) are my reduced lettering page rates.

£50 pledges can get the book, a sketchcard, postcard set and 5 pages of lettering with a simple title and credits. This equates to approx. £6/page.

£150 pledges can get the book, a sketchcard, postcard set and 24 pages of lettering with a simple title and credits. This equates to approx. £4.50/page.

All of the Sliced issues released this year can be read for free on the website - www.slicedquarterly.co.uk - And it works well as sample pages as i have completed around 90% of the lettering on this project, and it shows a good range of treatments.

Happy to sign a simple work-for-hire agreement that outlines the terms.
Work will commence after the completion of the Kickstarter campaign, and I would aim to have all work completed with 1 month after that time. (that’s all slots that are on offer, completed in the order they were pledged depending if artwork/script is ready to go).
