Seeking Artists For Sci-Fi RPG and Comic

At this time I am seeking to find artists and rates to use in a comic as well as an RPG. Both projects will go into production in 2019 so I am only seeking to find the types of artists and complete a list ahead of time to be prepared.
What I would like to see are the rates for a page, concept art, single character shots, and action shots. This will be a Science fiction setting and I need someone who can help create technical looking equipment and have solid ability to show detail. Please message and include links to your portfolio so I can follow up with you. At this time I have limited funds but the projects will be paid.

I’ve got an Architecture degree, I graduated at SRF (Scuola Romana del Fumetto = Comics School of Rome), and I have about six years of experience drawing comics.
My main points of reference are the italian comics artist Guido Crepax (specially with his “Valentina�), the great american artist Frank Miller and, obviously all the Disney works!
I’ve also created a School of Comics, called School Comix, where I’m both manager and teacher.
I’m a perfectionist and an hard worker, with a very strong sense of duty, specially when I work in a team: I’m very respectful of deadlines.
I’m sure I can bring a positive contribution to the project. Please let me know more about it.
