BBMTY Studios is seeking an artist for our upcoming web comic The Box. Pencils are the top priority, but we can discuss multiple roles if you have other skills.

The easiest way to describe The Box is to call it a “connected anthology�—there’s one overall storyline with recurring characters, but also a bunch of one-off stories in the universe so there’s potential to go just about anywhere with it. BBMTY is a true collaboration--we value everyone’s input, so even as an artist we still want to hear your story ideas if you have them.

We currently have 75 pages of script written covering the first 3 parts of the story, and an insanely talented writing team ready to pump out more.
As we’re a newer studio (but not new to the business—all 5 founding members have extensive experience) we can’t offer an upfront page rate, but are willing to negotiate a very artist friendly back-end percentage. We have plans to launch a Patreon page, and are also exploring monetization opportunities through webcomic hosts.
