Looking for comic artist.

Looking for a comic artist to work on a surrealist, experimental book. The premise is: God suddenly appears in every major city, it appears as a strange Lovecraftian style monster. It proclaims all life to be a joke and it has no purpose. Five years later, the story chronicles the lives of a family after this discovery. The art should be strange and weird, although understandable.
I am willing to pay page rates whilst pitching. Most publishers require 5/6 pages of sequential art. I will pay for this. However, once picked up, I am looking for someone willing to work for a 50% split, rather than page rates.
