New Writer Seeking Artist.

Hello everyone,

Before I go into detail, I'd like to point out that I'm an inexperienced writer, in the world of comics, and that this is my first ever attempt at it. I can't afford to pay anyone for their time, at present, so i guess this falls into the collaboration category.

I've done a little bit of a research, but if you haven't gathered, I'm still unsure of what it is I'm doing. I would prefer someone who knows the industry, to act as a mentor. But as I'm an unknown entity, I realize that is a tall ask.

I don't have any preferences in regards to style, although it is aimed at mature audiences. There may be some scenes that you could be uncomfortable drawing.

For those of you who are still here:

The title of my comic is "Abdo", which is the name of my main character.

I'll keep my synopsis vague at present, but I have a story outlined for the entire first arc.

Abdo is an African man, with telekinetic powers, who was kidnapped from his village as a child, in Sudan, in the mid 90's. Shipped to Europe for human trafficking, exposure of his powers leads to an unexpected friendship.

He unfortunately finds himself alone and homeless, as an illegal immigrant in London. He spends the next 20 years in London, unable to work, unable to get home. That is until a man named Cicero sees his potential and offers him work, as an assassin.

The first six issues will concentrate on Abdo's origin story and his journey from Sudan to London.

You can find the script for issue 1 below (22 Pages). To reiterate, this is my first time writing a comic script, so i'm not sure how structurally sound it is. I used the guide by Cullen Bunn for script writing.
