Writer Seeking comic artist, colorist, letterer (paid gig)

Looking to get started on a book ASAP. If you can do all three things, that is preferred, but I am open to options. Be upfront about what you’re looking for monetarily. I do have a budget in mind but can work around it some by doing a crowdfunding route if I need to to get this done the way I’m looking to. I’m new to writing comics so if there is something wrong with this post, please let me know and I’ll fix it. Thanks

I am a beginner colorist. I am working on my portfolio. Now I have to do some independent comics jobs, then I will have some good material in my portfolio to submit to the publishers.
It means I can work on low budget projects if it is necessary.
