Looking for writter to continue project

I need a writter to continue a comic project.
The original and successfull writter and plotter is juan antonio torres aka el Torres.
I offer someone to continue the work or remake or whatever using the 15 pages and 4 covers made. I wouldnt charge anything for previous work made. The only two conditions are i would charge 120 dollars per inked next pages and a mention inside the book to El Torres.
It got the Scout interest as long as i know and a Spanish publisher as well.
The plot and 15 script page is provided by me.

Then you don't need a writer, you need an artist, someone who will draw the pages.

Why do people mix art and writing so much? I'm a writer and get offers wanting me to draw all the time!

Actually it looks like he needs a writer to finish the story and who also will pay him to draw it. It doesn't make much sense to me. Or maybe the editor will pay him 120 dollar per page? Who’s gonna pay the writer for their work?
