Looking For Artist(s) For Graphic Novel (Possible payment)

Hi, everyone!
My name is Nica and I'm a freelance comic book writer. In fact, I write many things (I even study Creative Writing at university; you may say I'm a bit obsessed). From January to April, I ran a blog about university life in Portsmouth. It got quite popular (3000+ views in three months), not to mention closer to my heart than I anticipated. She's called J.A.S.I.P. and she's a lady blog: http://nicaevilside.blogspot.co.uk
J.A.S.I.P. has also become a dream. I'm adapting the posts into script form, hoping to turn it into a graphic novel and get it published one day! It will be the story of my first year at university, but also a guide to the University of Portsmouth and the city, as was the original purpose of the blog itself. The mood will be light-hearted and humorous, much like my posts; you will get a sense of it if you read some of them. In addition, there will also be a fantasy/surreal element; as a writer, I have a lot of characters throwing parties in my brain at all times and I want to bring them into this graphic novel, too, talking to me (Nica in the comic) while I go through my daily activities. They will be both my personal Jiminy Cricket(s) and a comic relief.
Here are my two alternatives to pay you: if you look at this page (http://nicaevilside.blogspot.co.uk/p/do ... my_23.html), you will find that I have provided a link to make a donation so I can raise enough money to pay for the sequential art of the first episode (six pages). Moreover, when the script is completed (at the moment, I have two episodes scripted; each of them equals a blog post and is supposed to be 5-10 pages long), I will make a Kickstarter campaign: by that time, hopefully, I will also have some art to add to it in order to attract more people.
The other option is as follows: when script and art are finished (or half-way through, anyway), I aim to pitch the graphic novel to some publishers, hoping to get it released officially. In that case, I will be more than happy to split the profit with you equally.
If you aren't already super excited about this (you are, aren't you?
), I will also add that you can work in your own time and there is no rush! I am a full-time university student; besides, I'm working on other comic book series, therefore I have plenty of things to do! J.A.S.I.P. is my treasured project, but I have no urge to complete it overnight, so I won't be breathing down your neck.
Please, get in touch with me at lowkeylackison@gmail.com if you are interested, want more information, or just chat about it. I need to assemble a team (or someone who can do it all), so I'm looking for inkers, pencillers, colourists, and letterers!
Thank you for reading this and I hope you will get back to me!
