Writer/Publisher Seeks Artist-Miniseries*PAGE RATE INCREASED

Hi guys,
My name is Michael Gordon (http://michaelgordonwriter.tumblr.com/) and I have a 4-issue science-fiction/horror miniseries in development with a well-known UK independent publisher. Each issue of the series will be 20 pages long, so the whole project is 80 pages in total.
The plan is to release the series as a webcomic, a page per day until completion, followed by launching a Kickstarter to fund the printing and distribution of the series as a graphic novel. The publisher has recently used this very technique for their latest release, and it was a massive success: the Kickstarter was fully funded after only a week, and ended up making over $31,000, which tells you something about the profile and fanbase of the publisher. All 4 scripts are finished, with #3 and #4 currently in the process of being edited.
The project has hit a speedbump, however: our artist has unfortunately been forced to drop out. I am now in need of a new artist, comfortable with drawing sci-fi/horror images and with a strong command of facial expressions and emotion. The story is set underwater, so will involve diving suits and submarines etc and also some gory monster elements.
Ideally, the publisher needs 3 pencilled and inked pages per week in order to meet their deadline.
This will be a paid project. I will pay the artist a page rate while they are working on the project ($20 per page/$1600 total) and I am also offering a 20% cut of the 50% of backend profits that goes to the creative team.
Given that the page rate is comparatively low, the artist will also receive a percentage of the Kickstarter funds, to be discussed with the publisher. Considering their recent Kickstarter raised over $31,000, it's a very good omen for this project.
If anyone is interested, please PM me here or email me on mikeonfireAThotmailDOTcom.
P.s. Please only contact if the terms laid out here are acceptable to you.
**EDIT**
In an attempt to find the right person for this project, I am raising the page rate to $30, which is $2400 in total for the 80 pages. The artist will also get the aforementioned backend percentages and cut of the KIckstarter revenue.
