Hey guys, my name is Kerry Brunell and let me start of saying I can not pay you up front. I am simply looking for five sample pages which I will then ship to several publishing companies to further production. You will receive 70% of the profits seeing as you do more work. Now lets jump right into the story.
I am looking for an artist who is wanting to create their own world pretty much. The rough story is genetically engineered plants. Meant to grow super foods that were taller and larger then normal plants to help end the food shortage. At first it worked perfectly but a strain broke out that grew plants hundreds of feet tall. And when it released its spores it created plants that grew hundreds of feet tall with it. Whole cities over grown with plants in a single day. Oxygen levels went up through the roof, we had giant bugs on the loose (since insects grow proportional to the amount of oxygen in the air) but that was only the start. When we started to fight back and burn forests down the plants fought back. We suddenly had plants that grew specifically to hunt down humans, from roaming venus fly traps, to plants that lashed out with thorns. Soon the spores spread all around the world, and we got strands of strangling kelp that would sink any ship. As we try to hold on while plants and bugs hunt us down. But we have our advantage the increase in oxygen makes us more super human. The story follows a group of travelers searching for a safe zone fighting the new unique plant life and giant bugs along the way.
