I am a comic book and film writer. I have been on a break for the last 2 to 3 years due to a lengthy separation and custody battle and I am now writing again. I have lots of experience with writing fiction, I have had some works published online and before my separation was in the middle of several negotiations with large publishers wishing to take on my work on contract. very sad to let it slip through my fingers as well as losing contact with my teams but as the saying goes IM BACK IN BUSINESS.
I am looking for LETTERERS, ARTISTS OF ALL CREEDS, PENCILLERS, INKERS COLOURISTS, COVER AND CONCEPT ARTISTS to join and make a team. straight off the back there is no money upfront. All my work has been for submission or kickstarter purposes based on back end deals. Also based on an equal fair share of profits based on contract acceptance with a publisher.
Take a look at my wordpress site, look at the calibre of work. We didn't mess about before and we won mess about again. All this work was done free and it got the best work out of all of us as a team to improve our skills and we got really far with a lot of projects. I would like to get three stories going so three separate comics which will be 7 to 9 pages, submission length. which I will send out to aprox 100 publishers. simultaneously I will start a kickstarter campaign and marketing campaign on social networking for each project and it will be a case of whichever bites first the publishers or kickstarter will pay us first and get our work out there.
