Writer Looking For Artist (APPLICATIONS NO LONGER ACCEPTED)

I am a writer who has written 12 issues of an ongoing series, now all I need is the first five issues drawn.
The first five issues are the entire first story arc. At 22 pages an issue, that's approximately 110 pages, plus 5 covers, so 115 pages overall.
I am looking for someone passionate to do this project, and ideally, someone who has at least some experience in publishing comics or even web comics.
I am holding the script tight to my chest, as it is a great idea, and I already have one comic studio interested in it. But here is what I can say right now:
- It's a superhero comedy, and a bit of a slapstick comedy.
- It is a very female centered story. (You must love drawing women.)
- There is a very diverse cast, so the author needs to be good at drawing different races.
- It's not meant to be cartoony, but it doesn't have to look realistic either.
- I am looking for clean lines.
- Expressions are hugely important, the artist must be good at facial expressions and (ideally) body language.
- The artist must be good at drawing the subtle differences between men and woman, as siblings are involved, and it could get confusing otherwise. (Imagine drawing twins, a brother and sister.)
- I have an inker, so you just need to be a penciler, but if you want to ink your own story, that's fine too!
Since it is a large project, I want people who are passionate about it, and I will show the script before having anyone sign a contract. However, anyone chosen as a potential artist will have to sign a non-disclosure before getting the script.
I don't have a lot of money, but I am not going to rip anyone off.
I'm hoping to pay $30 - $40 per page, however, if your stuff is great and exactly what I am looking for, I might go closer to $50
Feel free to contact me at: M_Poet5@hotmail.com
Edit: Because I have had a few people ask me about color, here is the answer. The pages are to be in black and white, but I plan to have them colored at a later date. I would not ask someone to draw, ink, and color for the price listed.
