Hello!

My name's Jörg and I'm and artist from Germany.

I've come here in search of a writer for a comic book I would then draw. I will give it a try to come up with a story myself anyway, but so far I have kind of got lost in my writing endeavours Just ended up not liking it after a while and some feedback(Like: Oh, so it's just like the Hunger Games) - now, I am not saying that is a bad thing, but if you are a writer you can probably relate as to how off-putting comments like that can be.

I could show some of my writing even though it is old if anyone cared about it, but to top it all off it is written in German.

Things that I find fascinating and would thus like to be a theme in the comic:

-Life/Death(and anything that goes beyond it)
-VR, where do we truly live?(think SAO)
-SciFi(what could the future look like)
-Fantasy(just some fantastic worlds that would be super cool)
-Evolution(genetic engineering?)

It doesn't have to be all of this, but if it is none, I am likely not very interested in collaborating with you. And you probably wouldn't be having a fun time working with me either.. but if you are interested and think differently about this, feel free to try to convince me to work with you

I would just like to ask if you have gotten a writer yet

I have not yet told anyone I would definitely work with them, but I have been messaged quite a lot and am still checking what everyone has to offer. I do have a favourite though.

I'm interested in working with you, however I do not have any work (scripts) i've written that I would like to work together with you with, because I would far more enjoy writing a story/script with your input, like building up the world and the characters together with you indstead of writing a script and hope you'll select it.

Is it ok if i simply send parts of stories i've written and a summary of some of my work? (To see what kind of stories I write) Or do I have to build up the story I would like you to draw? You know in case you might actually pick me. Cuz then I would have to work on the mindmap and storyline now if I have to send the story and not samples of my work.

P.s If my writing here sucks, then it is because i'm currently writing on my phone as i'm on a vacation and is unable to get access to a pc.

Just show me what you have done so far if it doesn't cause you too much trouble(parts of stories and summary of your work). I think mail might be better suited for that purpose.

Writing here, at the very least in the open, I wouldn't want to go into too much detail. Can you not write mail on your phone?

Please note that i can not work with everyone at a time, so do not invest too much into whatever you do unless you are okay with it even if you end up not working with me.

Must have gotten a lot of e-mails as I haven't received a response yet. Was more of a fishing expedition anyway and I wish you the best of luck.

I have summaries and parts of my stories on my pc and would like to send you those, but i can first get access to it the 12th. Can you please wait till then and not pick a writer till the 12. July?

I will very likely not wait until then, but that doesn't mean we can't do anything at some point in the future. So feel free to send them to me anyways.
