Artist needed for a brand new Scifi/fantasy project (paid)

Hey guys,
So I come from more of a novelist background. I have a couple of projects near completion, but have been told by some colleagues that some of my concepts would be perfect for the Comic/graphic Art scene. So here I am.
I am looking for an artist, who would like to collab on a project from the ground up. I have summaries and character bios/descriptions and I am finishing a script/story board. What i need is someone who not only wants to be the comic artist, but also wants to help build the world. Someone who is willing to do character/setting concept art with my bios/descriptions while I finish the first script.
As far as style goes, one of my big inspirations for my stories and character/theme visions is Final Fantasy and Tetsuya Nomura as a stylistic indicator. That being said you would have a ton of creative freedom bringing this vision to life.
The gig is paid and negotiable. I am not looking for someone established as much as I am looking for someone who shares my vision and can meet lenient deadlines while collabing with me on this as a passionate side project long term. I work full time in finance and in writing so this project will be extracurricular but consistent.
Please let me know if you are interested and I can PM you the summary and premise. if you are interested after that I will give you one character bio for concept art as an audition. if you nail it we can start talking compensation. First issue will go to kickstarter or to my contacts in publishing depending on reception.
