Artist needed for 4 page horror story PAID ($75/$65)

Hi guys!
I'm Finnish comic book writer and just lost an artist so I need someone to replace him. It's four page horror story and the pay is $75 for pencils and inks or $65 if you only do pencils. I would need the job to be done during this month. I would prefer artist with good credit, but of course I know that the budget isn't too huge. The story would come out December.
My credits include working for companies like Heavy Metal and I have been published in US, UK, France, Sweden and Finland.
