Looking for a comic artist, 24 pages long

Hey there I'm looking for some one to finish this project that I have its only 24 pages long!
Note this project is a lot larger then you think, this issue will need to be done asap!
Genre, sci-fi horror
I'm just looking for someone willing to work to get this done
Payments will be discussed over email! As well with in depth details
Crowd funding will be made for hiring who ever I pick for the role to help things getting kick started, 15% on each sale will go to the artist, this will last a life time. Crowd funding will help with the flat rates you guys need.
Publishers ill end most likely end up with are image comics or dark horse
