Seeking Artists for 2 Projects

Greetings,
My name is Iggy and I am the Founder & CEO of Project-Nerd and Project-Nerd Publishing. I am also a writer for some of our stories and am looking for artists or art teams to fill out two projects.
Project 1 - TASK FORCE MAX
Elite task force of four individuals that is action from cover to cover. Mature audiences, featuring tons of action, some tech, gore, and a bit of brief nudity. 4 issue arc at 22 pages per (18-20 need art).
Pay is around $200 per issue with a 20% profit share. Exact factors are based on how much of the artwork is done (pencils, inks, colors). Profit share includes reprints and TP release.

Project 2 - THE ESCORT
Post-apocalyptic drama/thriller that follows a female lead escorting individuals from one post apocalyptic city to another through the wastelands/barrens. First arc (being scripted now) is a 48 page graphic novel (46 require artwork).
Pay to be discussed, but will include payment through progress as well as small profit share.

Both series need to be fully inked and colored as we are not releasing in black-and-white.
I am happy to open up email exchanges to provide summary and script samples for these projects as well as discuss our brand and payment details.
Keep in mind, even though we are a publisher we are brand new to the game and currently funding this from personal income. The small team I have involved with the brand all maintain day jobs, including myself. We are a United States based LLC that will produce a legal contract and pay for projects, but we are not Marvel or DC and cannot pay top dollar at this time. Really looking for artists that are very talented and want to grow while collecting a more humble payment and small profit percentage.
