Seeking artist for a birth card commission

I've seen this on the internet drawn by the amazing Lord Mesa.
Is anyone available in creating a birth card for my third child I'm expecting with my wife? It should feature my two eldest kids drawn in Red Arrow and Robin (Teen Titan) costume in this line art style I've posted. Please PM or leave a message in the comment section with your rates, portfolio and estimated turnaround time.
The coloring style should be someting like you see in the Suicide Squad chibi and movie/character posters. But I can send samples if artist is chosen.
