Artist Needed - Concepts & Eventual Sequential Art

Hello, artists!
I have been working on a comic book for a while now, and I am in need of more concepts. I previously had one concept done by an artist from the U.S., but his costs are too high on my current budget.
I am looking to pay between $40 and $60 in Canadian currency for concepts, as well as the full pages. I understand that this is a lot lower than what others usually pay, but I am on a student budget, unfortunately.
Once all the concepts are done, we will make some final edits for the script, and first arc's outline, and move into the pages. I am hoping to make this an ongoing series, and hopefully, as the series progresses I will be able to afford to pay more for the art.
I will post a summary of the plot below for everyone to read. If you are interested, please send me a message with some links to your art and what your per-piece rate would be from that $40 to $60 range. Thank you all for your time, and I look forward to seeing all of your work.
Plot Summary:
A fourth-year student at Carleton university in Ottawa, Ontario is taken by surprise when he discovers his miniature Doberman pinscher is actually the host for an ancient sentient parasite. The parasite, named , is actually wanted for crimes he committed back on his home planet. Now, Matthew is forced to abandon his boyfriend, family, and friends behind as he is on the run from the alien species that has identified him as an accomplice to intergalactic crimes.
