Hello artists,
I am looking for a few talented artists to help with my project.
This is a paying job. It is work for hire, so I’ll own all of the finished work, but you will get paid for it.
If you are chosen, you will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
I am looking for some people to draw ads, pin-ups, and alternative covers.
If it is sequential art, it will only be for a page or two.
I already have some artists in mind, but I want to see who else is out there.
It’s a superhero comic, with a bit of a cartoonish style, and I am looking for people who can draw beautiful women, as most of the cast is female.
Payment will alter depending on talent, and effort you put into it. But I am looking to pay $5 to $50 a page, maybe more if you do coloring, inking, etc. The less you work for, the more artists I can hire.
Please contact me at: M_Poet5@hotmail.com
Send links to your webpages, and if I like your stuff, I’ll get back to you.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing what you guys do.

Don't mean sound nasty, but you should have left out the $5 offer and just said,"can pay up to $50 dollars a page depending on the quality of art. The $5 offer just seems insulting. But hey, if any artist accepts that rate then more power to you. If he's good, he'll have a ton of jobs lined up.
Just an observation. Good luck with your project.

Hey Ricco,
I already have some talented artists that will work for $5, lined up. I am doing this, as it will allow them to say they're professionals.
The cheaper people agree to work, the more people I am able to hire. I am pretty lenient with how people can use their own drawings, and if they're going to draw anyways, they might as well get paid for it.
I've got industry professionals willing to draw for $35, so $5 for someone just starting their career, to draw a character, is pretty reasonable.
