Looking for Artist for Space Opera Ongoing Comic to pitch

Hey I am writing a comic book, and have currently finished the treatment for the first volume, and written the first script. I'm aware in order to submit books to publishers, a artist/writer team are required. I myself am not an artist, and need help.
The comic is called Starboy
Truman Vega is the titular hero, "Starboy", with the ability to blast bolts of coloured energy and fly through space. He also has enhanced strength and durability. Starboy travels the galaxy protecting worlds from alien threats, in typical space opera fashion, as well as facing moral threats such as the Church of Love and Prosperity, who offer worlds the ability to love everything and all around them. In this first volume, Starboy, in an effort to save his sister Nyanne, who has joined the Church, is posed the question: "Is the love the church offers real, and is it his place to act against them ?"
The art should be colourful and almost psychedelic in parts, however the art must still look clear, and superhero-esque, at most parts. [/b]
