Looking for flatter

Hi guys!

I'm looking for flatter who could flat my comic by using only the old DC's 64 color color palette that can be found here:

I'm looking to get old school feel to the comic and I would then edit the flats to look something like this, so the work could be little sloppy and have the style o 70's colors, like this:

I don't have big budget for this so pay would be either small page rate or bigger % of the sales. at first I would only get few pages done and then continue sometime later next month as I've got one other project to fund first, if you don't want the % option. If you accept % we can do everything right away.
