PAID WORK! Writer seeking fast artist for anthology project

Looking for a fast artist who can provide pencils and inks for 7 page anthology submission. My budget is around $60 per page, but I could go as high as $75 if I found someone who could handle the lettering as well. I would like to fill this position ASAP to meet a May 1st deadline.
