We are currently seeking a comic artist for an upcoming project in the action/horror genre.

We need someone able to bring a blank page to colored completion and work well as part of a creative team. This essentially means that you are motivated, love creating artwork, and do not regularly punch or kick people in public situations.

The script is 100% COMPLETED, and while specific plot details can’t be discussed here, the story revolves around a team of firefighters battling against an apocalyptic cult.

In exchange, we are happy to offer a diverse project with the opportunity to draw a variety of costumes, figures, and apocalyptic imagery.

The ideal candidate will have experience with character creation, the ability to showcase a variety of figures and facial expressions, and basic knowledge of comic and artistic terms. While we are open to a variety of styles, please note that this is not a manga project.

If you have prior experience with sequential art, please showcase it front and center. While past experience is preferred, an exception will be made if your art blows us away.

This is a paid gig, and you will be paid upon completion of the first, 21 page issue. (We can also work out a “half up front, half upon completion� deal.) That said, the ultimate goal is to submit the finished product to various publishing companies. If no interest is garnered -- we will self publish online. So at worst, you will walk away with a nice paycheck and some awesome work for your portfolio.

that is 26$ dollars a page (600$ / 22pgs + 1cvr) if you have been looking for artist out there for some time, you know this is a bargain!
