Writers Needed who will double in other jobs.

Copied from an In-house Affinity ad. To ask questions about a particular project, email me with the project as the subject line. You may inquire about multiple projects, but put them in separate emails. Due to the volume of communications I deal with, my initial reply may be slow. You will need to sign an NDA before info is given.
I need people to co-plot and script the following superhero, Christian, and fantasy books:
Supergroup (Minnesota based Super Team, set mostly in 1982 Minnesota)
Not So New Dynamos (set in 1999, you would be adapting the gaming adventures of the Dyamos, and alternating with your own story arcs. The limitations are, the Dyamos end up on some long term traveling adventures, so you the issues you plot would be new adventures that take place along the way.
First Ladies (You would be full writer after issue 1)
Blue Claw (You would be full writer after issue 1)
HERO (You would be full writer after issue 1)
Adventurers of THorgax (Led by a dwarf warriors, a human priest, two elves, a dwarf thief, and others).
Thorgax, FANTASY, and PTD Vol 2 (Framing sequence)-Based on material meant for the original FANTASY series that wasn't used in Urde the 4th Age, with your new plots alternating with previously written arcs, with intermingling of sub-plots)
Secret Five (Long term delayed project about the 5th Age incarnation of this team).
Also need scripter for Zenith and Pearl one shots. (Characters from Dynasty of Power and NSN Dynamos)
Need arc writers for Soldiers of God (adaptations of stories about various Biblical heroes)
Need scripter for The Miraculous Tale of Robert Edge
For most of these books, you will need my input for a series bible, which because of my many responsibilities in and out of Affinity, might be slow in coming.
In order to qualify for these writing positions, you must be approved by editor, and take on one of the following non-writing positions:
We need editors.
We need people to manage staff
We need someone to run the following departments:Accounting, Legal, Distribution, Soliciting for Advertisements, Licensing, Communications, Funding, and Sales.
We also need support on other Operations Teams.
We also need an Assistant Art Director and an Assistant Director of Recruiting.
We also need pencilers, inkers, letterers, and colorists.
If you take on one of these assignments, but are not approved for the writing assignment by the editor, you would remain eligible for other writing assignments. Your writing position would be contingent on fulfilling your duties in the other position. Of course you could require the other position be contingent on you having a writing or other creative assignment.
Pay will be back-end percentage of net profits for 2-4 issues.
