Seeking Artist for a Superhero Comic (Paid)

Hello, my name is Hayden Trull and I am a high school teacher who hopes to self publish comic-book graphic novels on the side. Recently I have been working on a superhero universe and have written the first issue of a series that I have named "Urban Legend." Although I can draw, I'm not particularly strong with sequential art just yet. I am looking for a someone who is strong with sequential art pencils, though it would be ideal if one can do the inks and the colors as well. It will be paid, somewhere between the $75-$100 range for pencils (can be higher if inks and colors are included as well). I am looking to do a kickstarter once I get an artist on board.
