Greetings everyone,

I’m looking for an artist to work on an independent comic book script. The genre is super hero. The idea is to mix the traditional genre with a bit more realism, to juxtopose the fantastic and the real, bring the two right up to each other and see how they interact. My plans are, depending on how the end result turns out, to either pay for a few professionally made copies for use in portfolios to show the comic companies, or to self publish a small run. Hopefully the later. If it gets published all profits will be split 50/50. As far as my qualifications: I am not published, but do hold a degree in creative writing from the University of Arkansas. If you are interested please send an art sample, or any additional questions, to giantgeekproductions@gmail.com. If I like the sample I will send a plot synopsis as well as the first few pages of the script and ask for sketches.

(Note: this is the second time that i have posted here, the first time i got lots of interest, lots of art samples, but no one who was ready to do sample pages. So please only reply if you feel comfortable in submitting pages.

Thanks for your time and interest,
Daniel Woolley
