Hey guys and gals,

I need an artist to do 5+ pages of the script that I'm pitching to Image (and Darkhorse). The story that I'm telling gives an origin to a specific anime cliche and follows a family through a few different decades and a couple of generations . There's also a strong technical (though not super detailed) angle to the story. Given our "tough economic times" this will be a straight collaboration and I can only offer 50% of the profits should the book get picked up.

Here's hoping I find someone (preferably in the U.S.) as the story I've got is a bunch of fun and I'm kinda surprised that I haven't seen anyone do it before. Having said that, here's hoping no one gets to it before I do.

err..hey. I dont usually draw in an anime style (although i do enjoy the genre) but I am interested in hearing more of your story.
