Writer looking for full collaborative team

Hi everyone,
I'm a writer trying to put together a team for an ongoing comic series. No money is offered but I'll be submitting the product to some companies and shopping it around, with profits to be divided accordingly.

Artists, colorists, inkers, and letterers are needed, if you can do more than one of those things that's even better.

So a little info about the project:
It's planned to be an ongoing superhero comic series. The beginning story arc is all planned out, with future adventures down the line. It's got good villains, an interesting hero, and a good origin story to wrap it up in a nice little package.

The story begins in a familiar scenario, a corrupt city and mayor, with the last few "good guys" making a desperate stand. Two detectives attempt to expose the mayor once and for all with their ace in the hole, a police officer who had been taking bribes to push bodies away from the mayor. The cop comes clean, confessing the whole story, and giving the two detectives the chance of a lifetime. While in protective custody, the cop's family is killed. He ditches the police in an attempt to find the murderers. Using his informants from his time on the force, he tracks them down and brutally kills them. Finding no peace after the fact, he shoots himself, committing suicide.

A year later, the city has taken a turn for the worse, no small feat after the already sh*tty state of affairs. The two detectives struggle to remain hopeful as even their own department falls under the mayor's corruption. Compelled by a strange spirit, the police officer rises from the grave, urged to "finish what he started" one year ago.

That's just a brief synopsis of the very beginning. There's a lot more to the story, and I can't do the characters justice by simply describing their roles. I may be tooting my own horn a bit here but it's only becuase I think that this can be a successful, popular, and awesome comic.
