Writer seeks sequential artist for pitch - paid!

Hello all,
I've got a comic project I'd like to get started and would like to find an artist to bring it to life. Ideally, I'd want pencils and inks, or pencils, inks, and colour if possible (it's cool if you only do pencils).
The project is a superhero influenced piece about a magician. Think of the weirder end of Dr. Strange basically. I’m really keen to embrace the sort of mind-bending hallucinatory environments Ditko came up with on that strip, so somebody with a flair for experimentation and an interest in the surreal would be ideal. If you’re a manga artist, or just interested in the superbuff macho side of superheroes, I’m afraid this is not for you (not that there’s anything wrong with that. Just don’t want anyone to waste their time).
Other influences would include Man-Thing, Sandman and Swamp Thing (for the supernatural side of things) and Casanova, All-Star Superman and the work of Mike Allred (for the slightly bonkers breadth of ideas and the embracing of sheer pop).
Ideally, I'd like 5 pages of art and a cover so that I can shop it around or find other interesting things to do with it. Please quote your usual rates if you get in contact. If all goes well, I'd hope we could work together for the duration of the project.
Please send me a link to your sequential samples—that's art that tells a story, not pin-ups, concept art, etc.—and page rates to samiad5@hotmail.com , and let's see what we can work out. Cheers!
Sam.
