Writer looking for American Artist

Ok first of all I'm NOT trying to be racist. But the fact is that I'm not in a position where I can afford to send money overseas. The risk is too high
and the cost too great. I have a low budget so I have to be extra careful.
So if you're American artist (meaning you live in America) and can draw well

I'm writing a variety of different comics but the
one I am especially interested in getting drawn are
Python Rogue--About a (fictional) criminal syndicate of the same name

(note that the comic is set in the old west)

Michael Lenry--Former Sherriff. Middle aged. Irish. Pot-belly. Sideburns.
5 o'clock shadow. Scraggly hair.
Sorry but I can't afford to pay to do the sketches.
I will pay you to do the actual comic. I have no set amount so just name
