I've been lettering the published comic series Rebirth of the Gangster (published by CJSP and Alterna Comics) for the past two years.

I've also recently lettered the webcomic Henshin Man (found at http://www.henshinman.com/) We wrapped up our first book before going on hiatus, so I'm looking for new work to replace it.

I lettered the debut issue of Number 7 recently too, but I'm looking to pick up even more work.

As a teacher, we're always looking to adjust others' lessons instead of recreating the wheel from scratch, so that's where my mindset was.

If I offended you by using your speech, I apologize, and I can edit it to be more original.

From the light-hearted tone you had in your post, though, that doesn't seem to be the case, but let me know if I misread that tone.

No tone misread man, mostly b/c I've learned to not care about this sort of things as they're not directly harmful. Let's file it under the "I'm flattered" and move on!

But the financial issues didn't stem from me--they stemmed from the art--since I offer a cheap rate of $7-10 USD per lettered page.
