Pokemon Webcomic: Looking For An Artist

Hello everyone I'm a writer looking for an artist to make a Pokémon Webcomic (Manga). Here is the main plotline:
Aaron woke up one morning, awaking from a terrible dream. A dream of heart ache, a dream of death. When he finally gets up, he runs an errand for his Uncle Hawthorne (A Pokémon Professor) with his Growlithe. Returning from his quest, he finds the house empty! A single note lay on the table. Uncle Hawthorne had been kidnapped. The clues point to Team Rocket. Could they really have returned? Or is it something bigger than even the Rocket's? Find out in this exciting, nail biting, and plot twisting adventure of a teenager and his Pokémon Growlithe!
