ARTIST WANTED PAID JOB

We are looking for an artist who can start immediately on a one shot comic book around 30 pages. This is likely to lead into more one shot books and we are looking for an artist that can start now and is reliable. The comic is a horror comic and we are looking for a cartoon/horror like style. Our budget for page rates is $20 a page and we pay every 5 pages via paypal.
