Looking for a Manga Artist Partner (Paid)

I'm looking for an artist that can draw in the manga and anime style. I will pay per page. I'm looking for a partner as I want to do a wide variety of stories and continue on doing so. I live in LA and would like someone to live near me so we can work together. I use discord to communicate.
My stories mainly consist of Eastern/Asian backgrounds taking place in Western area. So this would be interesting type stories we will be doing. But it won't be the only type stories as I have said previously that I would like to expand and continue to write other stories, hence I want an artist for partner.
