Artist for superhero comic needed PAID

Hello guys and girls,
My name is Matt Garvey, I am a comic writer from the UK
Currently, I write comics such as;
The Adventures of Cordelia Swift #1-4
CHUNKS #1-3
TRANSFER #1
White NOIR #1 (voted 14th best small press comic by pipedream comics 2017)
The Ether #1 (voted 9th best small press comic by pipedream comics 2017)
The Devil in Disguise #1 & 2
These can all be found on Comixology…or you can see samples of the comics I've done at my site:

I do not page rates (I can’t afford it)
Instead, I have a budget which is split over X amount of months, with 25% upfront, another 50% when the issue is halfway finished and the remainder when completed…preferably no longer than a six month period. Those are the timescales I like to work too, but if you can finisher quicker, great! I'll discuss the amount with interest artist privately.
This is NOT WORK FOR HIRE…I am not paying you to draw MY comic.
I am paying for the privilege to work with you on OUR comic…
This comic will be as much as yours as is mine. We split the ownership 50/50, we are partners…
Again, I’m looking for a collaborator, not an employee and the benefit of working like this means you can work on our comic around another better paying gig.
As long as I get 4 pages a month from you I’ll be happy.
So, if you did one page a week over the weekend as a passion project…that would work too.
What am I looking for:
I need a partner who can provide pencils and inks for my new superhero comic, it is going to be at least a four-issue run, potentially with another four…
With regards to style, I am open to anything!
As long as you can draw dynamic actions scenes I wanna hear from you.
What I usually do is ask three artists whose styles I like to do a sample page from my script and I pick the one I feel suits the comic best.
