Hiring comic artist for monster anthology short story

I'm searching for an artist for the Monster Mash-up anthology:

The theme is that 2 public domain characters encounter each other though only 1 needs to be a monster. Unfortunately, I can't get specific about my pitch because the characters are claimed on a first come basis and I don't want anyone to write a story about what I believe is a perfect mash-up. But I will say that it's set in the past and it starts dark but ends on a light note. The short story would be around 4 or 5 pages and it can be in color or Black and White. I'm looking for artist who can do all the art (lettering would be nice). I will personally pay a page rate of $25 in addition to 50% of any Kickstarter profits paid out to teams.

Obviously, I need someone who can draw better than me.

My current rate per lettered page is U$S 18; this includes digital lettering + SFX and two full reviews (subsequent reviews are U$S 6 per page). For covers or other pages designed from scratch (such as mail pages or credits), the rate is U$S 30.

I also design logos (you can check them in my portfolio), with rates starting at U$S125.

All these rates are flexible, and include production of the final file of your choosing, be it for screen or print (multiple file preparation has an extra cost).
