Writer seeking artist to create a webcomic

I have an idea for a webcomic, but I can't draw, so I was hoping to collaborate with an artist who needs a script.
It can update as often as you like; I envision a very long story arc.
The story follows a college student who is a bit of an amateur detective, solving campus crimes such as missing bikes, etc. And, of course, major crimes come along occasionally that make for longer story arcs.
The main character is very enthusiastic and gung-ho, but he also suffers from panic attacks and social anxiety.
Of course, normal campus hijinks also ensue: pledging a fraternity, classes, and love and heartbreak.
I envision a mostly humorous approach, with touches of drama.
